Heal yourself.
Inspire your family.
Cultivate intergenerational health.
HOME is the go-to healing sanctuary for family members suffering in the wake of a loved one’s addiction and/or behavioral health issues.
Our continuum of care focuses exclusively on healing family members so the family, as a whole, can flourish and together create intergenerational health.
Until family members — not just the one with the “diagnosis” — explore and address their patterns and woundedness, transformation will be dramatically compromised for all involved.
HOME exists to shift the family paradigm.
“Real work is always about you—not others. It’s saying, my job is not to change other people. I’ve got to change.”
- Richard Rohr
A New View
So many families, from all kinds of backgrounds, are unraveling and suffering. HOME provides a new pair of glasses that helps parents, siblings, and partners clearly navigate a path toward a flourishing and connected family.
HOME believes:
Healing is not linear, so we take an intentional approach to meet people where they are across a continuum of transformation.
In the paramount importance of intergenerational health over intergenerational wealth.
Behavioral health challenges are not an individual “problem” but are symptomatic of complex relational dynamics and intergenerational trauma in conversation with neurobiological processes.
Healing must occur within the whole family system, with each person on their own healing journey, in order to create sustainable recovery and systemic wellness.
HOME is a bespoke program collective through which family members have a cathartic, safe, and transformative experience that plants the seeds for change and cultivates intergenerational health.
The Continuum Of Care
The HOME Process
We believe in helping humans to flourish. When individual humans flourish, the families and communities to which they belong also thrive.
HOME’s groundbreaking programming is rooted in the wisdom of psychological approaches such as IFS, trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, ACT, transpersonal, and attachment theories.
In keeping with our commitment to honor the whole human, HOME:
Attunes to each family’s emotional, relational, spiritual, and therapeutic needs.
Respects each human has their own unique journey.
Walks with you, side-by-side, into the messiness and wonder of life to enhance your connection to self and others.
Engenders practical skills like authentic relating, mindfulness, self-care, somatic awareness, and how to hold compassionate boundaries.
Weaves in spiritual and somatic practices that create breakthroughs and deep healing for the heart, mind, body, and soul.
Invites self-inquiry, honesty, and soul work to cultivate sustainable holistic transformation.
The Story of Home
I understand what you are going through.
I have been there: overwhelmed, terrified, and wondering what is happening. I have been a granddaughter and daughter of alcoholics and addicts; I have had two marriages impacted by addictions, and I have watched as my only child became addicted to substances as a way to deal with his pain.
We decided to create and open the very place I was looking for in my darkest hour and could not find: a sanctuary that invites moms and dads, spouses and siblings to mindfully self-reflect, to turn the mirror on themselves with compassion, to exhale and dig deep, and to experience a new way of connecting to themselves and those they love.
